What is Bare Collective?
Bare Collective is our loyalty program that rewards our customers for shopping and connecting with Bare Mum. Rewards include exclusive vouchers you can redeem at checkout, as a thank you for your loyalty.
Can I join Bare Collective? Bare Collective is open to all customers, with the exception of wholesale partners.
How does Bare Collective work?
As a registered Bare Collective member, each time you shop and connect with Bare Mum you’ll earn points which will accumulate in your Bare Collective account over time. Once you hit a certain level of points, you will receive rewards as a thank you for supporting Bare Mum. You can opt to use these rewards at any time upon checkout.
You can earn points for every dollar spent on our site (excluding for the purchase of eGift Cards), and for completing various actions, such as creating an account, following us on socials, and signing up to our newsletter. See the ‘Ways To Earn Points’ section above to learn more.
What are the Bare Collective Tiers?
There are 3 Tiers in the Bare Collective loyalty program, designed to support you on every step of your postpartum journey. Each interaction and purchase you make with Bare Mum helps you earn points, which in turn determines your place within the Bare Collective.
Tier 1: The New Mum – For those just beginning their postpartum journey, exploring the best of nature and science in our care products.
Tier 2: The Seasoned Mum – With experience under your belt, you appreciate the thoughtful design and effectiveness of our products, embodying the balance of nature and science.
Tier 3: The I've Got This Mum – As a dedicated advocate for postpartum care, you're fully committed to using our nature and science-based products to support your wellbeing and that of your baby.

When do I move up a tier? Tiers are determined by how many points you earn. You’ll move up to the next tier when you hit the required points for each tier. The point requirements are as follows:
The New Mum 0 - 299 points
The Seasoned Mum 300 - 499 points
The I've Got This Mum 500+ points
How do I know what tier I am in? Once you’re logged in, open the Bare Collective launcher at the bottom of the screen and you'll see your current tier highlighted in the “Bare Collective” tiers section.
Can I ever lose my tier status? Our tiers are based on a rolling 12-month period starting from when you reach the next tier. This means that you have 365 days to keep your Seasoned Mum or I’ve Got This Mum status by spending the amount that will keep you there (per the ‘Bare Collective Tiers’ table above), otherwise you will be downgraded to the tier you are eligible for based on your spend during that 365 day period.
This period starts over again from the date you happen to then upgrade yourself or are automatically downgraded due to the above-mentioned reason. You can never lose your New Mum status as it is Bare Collective’s lowest tier.
How can I keep track of the points I've earned?
You will be able to view your latest point balance as well as your order and reward history, by signing into your Bare Collective account and viewing the 'My Account' or 'Rewards' sections of the panel.
How long does it take for my points to update after I make a purchase? The points you earn will appear in your Bare Collective account once your order has been fulfilled.
Your points will then be approved for use 7 days after your order has been fulfilled.
You will be able to view your latest point balance as well as your order and reward history, by signing into your Bare Collective account and viewing the 'My Account' or 'Rewards' sections of the Bare Collective panel.
Can I earn points on eGift Card purchases? You are able to earn points on every product purchased on our site, except for eGift Cards. However, as the receiver of an eGift Card you will be able to earn points for using it partially or completely in a transaction, as the eGift Card acts as another form of money for the receiver of the card.
Can the points I’ve earned expire? Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means that members who exceed this timeframe without earning Bare Collective points will lose their accrued point balance, so we encourage you to keep shopping in our store to avoid this happening.
I forgot to log in and I checked out as a Guest. Have I lost my points? If you are an existing Bare Collective member but checked out as a Guest using the same email address at checkout that you used to create your account, you can rest assured that you have not lost the points you earned on those purchases. This is because the email address you chose when creating your account is used as your membership ID. Please note, the email address used to create your account will not be able to be changed after doing so.
However, if you are a member and checked out as a Guest using a different email address than the one you used to create your account, your points will not be added to your Bare Collective account and will instead be associated with the different email address. For this reason, we recommend signing into your account every time you visit our store.
What happens to my points if I receive a refund? If a past transaction is successfully refunded, either partially or in full, you will lose the points you had previously earned on the refunded products, and this will reflect accordingly in the 'Rewards’ sections in due course.
What is a referral?
Bare Collective referrals encourage our valued customers to make word-of-mouth referrals in exchange for a reward voucher. The referral begins when you share your unique link with a friend. You'll find your unique link under "Ways to Earn" when logged in to your rewards account. Friends who click the link will be directed to our website where they will be greeted with a welcome message and a voucher code. As a Bare Mum advocate, you will then be rewarded for every successful referral, which you can redeem by spending a minimum of $150 AUD (price after discount) in one transaction.
What is considered a successful referral? A referral is only considered successful if it meets the following requirements:
The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend of $30 AUD (price after discount) in one transaction.
It must be the friend's first purchase on baremum.com.
The referred friend must use the reward voucher to complete their transaction.
The reward voucher is the only voucher being used in the transaction. If another voucher is applied on top of the reward voucher, the referral will not be successful.
The referred friend’s IP address and user profile that clicks on the referral link matches the IP address and user profile that completes the purchase.
Do I have to be a Bare Collective member to send referrals? Referring customers will be able to earn rewards on successful referrals even if they are not Bare Collective members, and existing members will be able to send referrals even if they are not logged into their account. However, we encourage all referring customers to create a Bare Collective account and log into it with every visit to our store so that any referrals sent and rewards earned are automatically attributed to the same email address that was used to create your account. This keeps your points history and referral history linked.
How can I keep track of the referrals I’ve sent? You can keep track of your completed and pending referrals by clicking the ‘Your Referrals’ tab at the top of the referrals section. We encourage all referring customers to create a Bare Collective account and log into it with every visit to our store so that any referrals sent and rewards earned are automatically attributed to the same email address that was used to create your account. This keeps your points history and referral history linked.
What if I already follow you on Instagram or Facebook? If this is the case, then we thank you. In order to now receive the points for either or both of these actions, we ask that you simply navigate to the "Way to Earn" section in your rewards account and click "Complete Activity" on their tiles (‘Instagram Follow’ and ‘Facebook Page Like’). This will confirm the action and ensure it reflects in your account as points earned. For security reasons we are unable to carry this step out for you.
When can I exchange my points for rewards?
When you reach 300 points, you will be able to redeem either a $15 off reward voucher or a free shipping voucher. When you reach 500 points, you will be able to redeem either a $30 off reward voucher or a free Teddy Pouch voucher. When you reach 750 points, you will be able to redeem a $50 off reward voucher. And when you reach 1,000 points, you will be able to redeem a $75 off reward voucher. All vouchers are valid for 6 months after being issued.
The more you do and spend, the more you earn, and the more you earn, the more you’re rewarded. It’s our way of thanking you for making Bare Mum a part of your postpartum care journey.
What is a Tier Entry Reward? As an added benefit, you will receive a congratulatory reward for advancing to either Seasoned Mum or I’ve Got This status. Please allow at least 30 minutes between orders for your tier status to upgrade and for your reward to be activated.
How can I exchange my points for rewards? When you qualify for a reward voucher, you will be able to redeem your points or reward using the Bare Collective panel before going to checkout and copying the relevant voucher code.
What are the exclusive offers? As a member, you will have access to exclusive product promotions. These will take place throughout the year for a specific product or category of products, and when you purchase such a product during the event, you will receive a bonus point/points for each dollar spent on it.
What are the gifts with purchase? As a member, you'll enjoy access to exclusive gifts with purchase offers. These will take place throughout the year for a specific product or category of products, and when you purchase such a product during the event, you will receive a gift with purchase.
What are the exclusive discounts with partner brands? If you have Seasoned Mum or I've Got This status, you will receive special discounts from our premium partners. E.g. First aid courses, nursery must-haves, mum & bub clothing etc.
What are the free samples? As a I’ve Got This Mum you will receive a free sample with each purchase. These samples are subject to change and while stocks last.
What is a Tier Entry Reward Voucher? As an added benefit, you will receive a congratulatory reward voucher for advancing to either Seasoned Mum or I’ve Got This status. Please allow at least 30 minutes between orders for your tier status to upgrade and for your reward voucher to be activated.
What currency are Bare Collective reward vouchers available in? At this stage, all rewards vouchers are available in AUD only.
How can I receive points for product reviews?
Simply leave a review for any product on our website to receive 100 points. Please include your rating, your feedback, your name, and your email address. To receive this reward you must use the email address linked to your Bare Collective account. 1 review per month will be eligible for points. Points will be approved within 1 business day.
Troubleshooting
I can't access my account, how do I sign in? To sign in on desktop, click the person icon in the top right hand corner of the main menu. Sign in with your email address and password. To sign in on mobile, click the main menu, scroll down and click “sign in”. Sign in with your email address and password.
I forgot my password, how do I reset it? On the account sign in page, click “Forgot your password?”, enter your email and we’ll send you an email with a link to update your password.
I created two accounts, can these be merged? Loyalty status can only be accumulated through 1 email account, so please ensure you place orders on your preferred Bare Collective account to enjoy all the benefits of being a member and have your orders recorded in one place. Purchases via separate email accounts are not able to be merged.
My loyalty tier is incorrect. If you would like us to review your loyalty tier, please contact us at hello@baremum.com.au.
My voucher code is not working. Ensure the products in your cart are not excluded from the voucher T&Cs and there are no other offers or discounts applying to items in your cart.
I forgot to use my voucher code. Can my voucher discount be applied after I have placed my order? Voucher discounts cannot be applied to pre-existing orders, but they remain available for you to use on your next purchase.
